Your request can cover a private dinner, a reception or an event for colleagues. Include speeches, multiple courses or other moments when tasks overlap. Preparation before arrival and agreed close-down work should be part of the schedule, not an afterthought.
How many waiters do you need?
Attendance is only one input. The menu, service style, distance to the kitchen, access and programme also affect the staffing discussion. Share the details you know and use the suggested team as a starting point rather than relying on a universal guest-to-waiter ratio.
What does waiter hire cost?

Food, drinks, tableware and equipment should be clarified separately from staff tasks. Do not assume they are included in a staffing request.

Agreed clearing and practical close-down work can be included. Specify the scope and allow time for it; full venue cleaning is not automatically part of the assignment.
Is there a minimum booking duration?+

Can I request English-speaking staff?+
State the language requirements in your request. The relevant languages must be confirmed for the team assigned to the event.
