03

Before and after midnight

Agree the toast time, glass preparation and ongoing service. State the actual end date and time in your brief for shifts crossing midnight.

04

After the event

Agree last service, clearing, waste and venue handover. Finish times and any changes are confirmed in advance.

Which team do you need?

Choose your own waiter, bartender, host and crew counts in the booking form. If unsure, describe the venue, guest count, service style and schedule so we can clarify the need together.

Bar service here means staffing. Food, drinks, glassware and bar equipment are not automatically included. Stage work and heavy lifting need a specific brief; technical specialist work must not be assumed to be included.

A price you can understand.

The calculator assumes DKK 170 hourly wages plus 12.5% holiday pay. The per-staff-hour service fee is DKK 95 for 1–9 staff, DKK 69 for 10–49 and DKK 39 for 50+. It includes transport and coordination; 25% VAT is added to the subtotal.

Four staff for four hours: DKK 5,725 including VAT under these assumptions. This is not a promise of availability or a binding seasonal quote.
